Pressure reducing valve with built-in separator and steam trapCOSPECT is technologically advanced pressure reducing valve combined with condensate separator and steam trap. Built-in strainer, Super Cyclonical Effects Separator (SCE) and Free Float steam trap help prevent scale, rust and condensate from entering the pressure reducing valve (PRV) or reaching the important interior parts. Self-aligning shock-absorbing spherical piston and advanced pilot regulator designs maintain secondary steam pressure accuracy, even during adverse process conditions. It has internal pressure sensing channel and also possibility to use external sensing line. Pilot valve is protected by fine mesh screen. Sizes DN 65 and larger have a silencer for noise reduction.
