TLV SS-P Series
Clean Steam TrapSS-P series steam traps are Free Float stream traps for fuel free systems. They have virtually crevice-free design with drain hole allows for condensate drainage without pooling, minimising the possibility of bacteria build-up. To improve resistance to bacterial growth they have internal buff-polishing with and additional interior an exterior electro-polish option (up to 0.4 µm Ra). Self-modulating free float provides continuous, smooth, low-velocity discharge as process loads vary. These characteristics make this model suitable for reactors, fermenters and sterilisers in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage production processes where clean steam is required.
